and happiness, STRESS, nothing comes close to LifeMapper for
a rapid and effective solution to stress management in the UK and
abroad.
Just a single LifeMapper StressBuster
session may be so effective that you can feel as though a ton-weight
has been removed from your shoulders!
The most important facet of stress management is pinpointing the
true cause - which is sometimes different from the perceived cause.
It is essential to then follow up this 'diagnostic' process with
the creation of a personalized strategy to resolve the conflict
that is at the root of all stress and anxiety issues, and this is
where our expertise comes into its own.
Stress usually has its roots in one
of four broad areas:
1. Relationships
with others.
2. Work
and work environment.
3. Home
environment.
4. Self-perception
and personal confidence. |
Whichever one of these is the root of your problem,
or even it's something not connected to any of those categories,
LifeMapper can help you. Our astoundingly accurate and swift
profiling system quickly reveals what makes you 'tick' - and what
doesn't
so we can pinpoint the problem with astonishing ease
and apply stress management with our unique LifeMapper StressBuster
solution.
Stress rapidly saps energy and enjoyment
from your life, though is sometimes not instantly recognised; here
are some of the symptoms:
1. A sensation
of being pulled in two or more directions at once, or of simply
not knowing what course of action to take and therefore doing
nothing at all - or 'running around like a chicken with its
head cut off.' Often, there is a fear of making the wrong decision
by somebody else's - or even everybody else's - standards.
2. Work
load - not having enough time to do everything that is required
and therefore working hastily and anxiously. There is often
a fear of being seen to be ineffective or inefficient.
3. Work
demands beyond your capabilities, or beyond what you see as
your capabilities. This one strips you of self-confidence.
4. Excessively
high expectations of self. This is probably the worst, most
common, and most tormenting form of stress. Here, everyone else
is happy with the outcome your efforts, or at least sees them
as adequate, but you are convinced that they are all making
allowances of some sort. So you drive yourself ever harder,
seeking to attain an impossible goal. And if the goal is somehow
reached
it will be considered a 'fluke' and is immediately
discounted as unremarkable. And the target will be raised for
next time! This type of stress tends to affect every aspect
of your life.
5. Guilt
and the perception that the game may soon be up. Usually the
guilt is unwarranted or out of proportion to the 'crime' and
often gives rise to feelings of doom, mild paranoia, persecution
and the like.
6. Any
situation in which you feel uncomfortable but unable to make
any sort of worthwhile change. You might make a few efforts
but when nothing happens straight away you lose heart - and
it is then that stress starts to really 'bite'. |
